Privacy Statement

Coliglia Logistics Limited has registered a Notification with the Information Commissioner’s Office in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.  This Notification identifies how we process data.  It is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at http://www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk/.

At the time of writing, we intend to move from a single distribution point to three distribution centres across Europe.  We will still process any personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

Any personal data collected during our commercial relationship with you will only be shared with third parties if we are required to do so by UK law.  In the case of other countries, it will depend on local Data Protection legislation/any agreements with the UK  and if the sharing of the data is deemed necessary to conduct our contract with you, prevent/ detect crime or to prevent any damage/distress to you.

None of the above affects your rights under the UK legislation to request a copy of the data.  You do not need to be a UK citizen to make a request.  Requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to Mrs S Howard at the company.  Please note that Coliglia Logistics Limited charges £10.00 per request for processing.
